All returned goods must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Your RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box. No service or credit will be issued without an RMA number.

Product must be returned to the factory within 30 days of Date Requested specified on the RMA form. It is not necessary to return manuals or accessories.

All goods must be shipped to Critical Environment Technologies freight prepaid - all incurred shipping charges, duties, and taxes are your responsibility.

All non-warranty and non-service returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Products we shipped 6 months prior to the RMA Request WILL NOT be accepted for returned to stock for credit.

Payment for service is due upon approval of the work order. Acceptable payment options are VISA, MC, AMEX* or on approved customer account.

*If you would like to pay by AMEX a 5% transaction fee will be applied to the amount
