Description

The cGas Carbon Dioxide Detector is a low maintenance, continuous gas monitoring device designed for use in non-explosion rated, commercial HVAC and indoor occupied spaces and for life, health and safety applications. With various low and high sensor ranges and units of measure it offers analog output or digital output, internal relay and audible alarm and 3 alarm levels that are fully programmable in the field. Powered by 24 VDC or ground referenced AC, the CO2 cGas Detector has an LCD display, temperature compensation and the firmware and configuration can be updated in the field using the USB connection. Pre-calibrated sensors with true Plug & Play Smart Sensor technology makes replacing sensors quick and easy.

Ideal for monitor CO2 in:

Medical facilities, breweries, restaurants and bars, welding shops and chilling/packaging plants that use and store cylinders or tanks of CO2 that are highly pressurized
Indoor growers/cultivators, ripening rooms and swine and poultry euthanasia facilities that use large, controlled releases of CO2 in enclosed areas that are not occupied by humans
Commercial CO2 / R744 refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, commercial refrigerators, air conditioning systems, etc.

The cGas CO2 Detector comes in a standard water / dust tight, corrosion resistant ABS/ polycarbonate enclosure with a hinged, secured door. With the optional, factory installed splash guard the enclosure is IP54 rated and provides protection in water spray or wash down applications.
